We operate across the LATAM energy market, focusing on the origination of energy assets, the development and management of Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), structured operations, and investments in generation projects.
Our work combines strategic vision, technical rigor, and deep regulatory expertise, supporting long-term decision-making in complex environments. Since 2015, we have been authorized by ANEEL to operate as an Energy Trading Company, fully compliant with strict regulatory and oversight frameworks.
We develop solutions based on scenario analysis, risk assessment, contractual modeling, and regulatory advisory, with a strong focus on operational efficiency, legal certainty, and long-term alignment of interests among generators, consumers, and investors.
PPA Structuring and Contracting Strategies
We structure Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) based on in-depth analysis of scenarios, risks, and long-term objectives, managing the process from initial modeling through final negotiation between generators and consumers.
Energy Trading and Structured Operations
Since 2015, we have operated as an ANEEL-authorized energy trader, handling conventional and incentivized energy, strategic auctions, and structured operations, with a focus on efficiency, regulatory compliance, and predictability.
Generation Project Development and Modeling
We act in the modeling and development of energy generation projects, including proprietary assets, with a focus on technical feasibility, regulatory security, and long-term performance.
Energy for Data Centers, Mining, and High-Load Projects
We structure energy solutions for data centers, mining operations, and other high-load consumers, focusing on renewable generation assets and long-term contracts. Our portfolio includes over 500 MW of wind energy capacity available in Southern Brazil, as well as additional projects under development across the LATAM market, designed to meet large-scale demand.
